Your payment status may take a little time to update on SIMAH. If it still hasn’t appeared after a few days, here’s what you can do:
- Contact us directly by email or phone. We’ll review and update your record within 3 days of your report
- Raise a dispute through your SIMAH portal. Tabby will review and respond within 10 working days
