Description
Too short, not a full sentence.
Contains pricing, promotions, or symbols/emojis, phone numbers.
Inappropriate or unclear wording.
Write 1–2 short, clear sentences about what you sell. Keep it factual, no discounts or promo codes and phone numbers
Example: “Affordable, authentic branded items at budget-friendly prices.”
Logo
Image contains text other than your logo (e.g., slogans, extra graphics).
Low-quality, pixelated, or stretchedIncludes watermarks.
Logo mis-matches the store name, website or socials.
Upload a clean, high-resolution image of your official logo only
Use PNG/JPG, ideally with a transparent or plain background.
Format & sizing
Cover (Lifestyle Image)
Contains text, graphics, or watermarks.
Wrong format (not wide enough).
Poor quality or irrelevant image.
Use a high-resolution lifestyle image that represents your products or brand.
Aspect ratio 16:5 (wide banner) Avoid text, watermarks, storefront photos and in-store pictures.
Use brand-safe, copyright-cleared images.
Categories
Selected categories don’t match your actual products.
Over-tagging too many unrelated categories.
Only choose categories that reflect your real assortment
Example: If you sell beauty and fragrances, select Beauty & Health (not Salon & Spa)
Links
Link does not lead to your official store.
Broken or private link (e.g., requires login).
Directs to unrelated third-party pages.
Use your official website or public social media page (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Make sure the link works and is accessible.
Offline-only stores don’t need to add a link.
Category violates publishing policies
Product is in a prohibited/restricted category (e.g., weapons, counterfeit, adult content).
