Why was my refund request declined?

Your refund request may be declined for any of the following reasons:
  • The store fulfilled your order correctly: Our investigation showed that the store met its policies when providing the product or service
  • There wasn’t enough supporting evidence: Or we were unable to reach you to continue the investigation
  • The issue was already resolved: You asked our support team to close the request, so it’s marked as Declined in the app
