After the store processes your return, the refund will appear in your Tabby app. To check the status of your refund:
- Sign in to your Tabby account
- Go to the Money tab
- Select the order you returned: Your refund status will appear there
If payments still appear for a returned order, please contact the store to resolve the issue. Once the store confirms the refund, your Tabby app will update and any payment made will be refunded.
