If you haven’t received your order, follow the steps below to pause your payments until the issue is resolved.
- Track your delivery: Use the tracking number from the store to check your order’s expected delivery date
- Contact the store: If there’s no tracking information or your delivery is delayed, contact the store directly
- Let us know you haven’t received your order: To do this:
- Log in to your Tabby account
- Go to the Money tab and select the order you need help with
- Tap Details
- Under Need help?, select Report issue
- Select Order was not delivered and follow the on-screen instructions
