Tabby Care is available for online Pay in 4 purchases.
You can report an issue after you’ve tried all options to secure a refund from the store. Tabby Care is then available if:
- The store has confirmed your order
- It’s your first claim for that order
- You’ve used Tabby Care correctly and not in a fraudulent way
Tabby Care is available until your second repayment is made. Please note that order-issue reporting is unavailable if you have overdue payments.
You can use Tabby Care if:
- Your order wasn’t delivered. The delivery period in the store’s terms has passed. Delivery usually takes around 7 days
- Your refund hasn’t arrived. The refund is delayed beyond the timeframe stated in the store’s terms
- The item was faulty. It arrived damaged or incorrect. Attach all relevant proof when reporting
- You didn’t place the order. If you suspect fraud, contact our support team
