If you’ve already contacted the store but haven’t received help, you can report an issue with your order through Tabby.
- Go to the Money tab and find the order you want to report.
- Tap Details
- Under Need help?, select Report issue
- Follow the steps to describe the issue. Adding receipts, screenshots or photos can help us resolve it faster
- Select Report issue to submit your report
We'll review your issues within a few days and will respond within 21 days.
