- Go to Profile and tap Reported issues
- Find your reported issue and check its status
- Select the relevant order for more details
Your order can be:
- Approved: The store has confirmed your request
- Declined: The store has declined your request
- Pending: You’re waiting for the store to confirm if your request is approved or declined
- Cancelled: You marked the issue as resolved, so the store no longer needs to review it
