How can I find the current status of my reported issue?

  1. Go to Profile and tap Reported issues
  2. Find your reported issue and check its status
  3. Select the relevant order for more details
Your order can be:
  • Approved: The store has confirmed your request
  • Declined: The store has declined your request
  • Pending: You’re waiting for the store to confirm if your request is approved or declined
  • Cancelled: You marked the issue as resolved, so the store no longer needs to review it
