Your Tabby balance may be locked for any of the following reasons:
- Your first Tabby purchase hasn’t been paid yet: Once you pay for your first order, your credit limit will unlock and you can make additional purchases
- Your credit limit isn’t enough for the new purchase: Try making a smaller purchase
- You have overdue payments: You won’t be able to shop until these are paid
